Northern Colorado 5 has launched a program called, “Community Green” focusing on preservation, conservation and community involvement.

Through 2009, Northern Colorado 5 will bring you monthly stories during the newscasts to help you "green" up your lifestyle. "Community Green" will also highlight businesses that promote the "green" lifestyle with our "Community Green Award." All you have to do is nominate a business for excelling in being "green." This "Community Green" web link will also be updated with the who, what, where for events like a recycling day.

We all know that if we don't take care of Northern Colorado,  then who will? If we all preserve, conserve and get the community involved, Northern Colorado will be here for generations to come and that's "Community Green."
