Closing Arguments Today in the Penny Flats Arson Trial

The closing arguments in the Benjamin Gilmore Trial started Tuesday, September 4 at 9:45 a.m.

The prosecution will go first and then the defense. 

Deputy District Attorney Shaun Reinhart is delivering the closing arguments for the prosectution. 

Gilmore is being charged with 7 counts including arson and attempted murder.
