GREELEY – It looks like Mother Nature will change Northern Colorado Softball's plans again as the snowy conditions have forced the Bears to cancel their matchup this week against instate-rival Colorado State.
The game, which was scheduled for 5 p.m. (MT) on Wednesday, April 17, has not been rescheduled.
The Bears and Rams have already met up once this season, with Colorado State getting the best of Northern Colorado 10-0 in Fort Collins.
The announcement of the cancellation means Northern Colorado has just six games remaining, with all of them being Big Sky games. The Bears will take on Southern Utah on the road for a three-game series this weekend before coming home and concluding the season with a three-game set against Weber State.
